We offer the following types of suites:

The experience our Cat Hotel at PetHaus offers is designed to be as close to our feline guests’ home life as possible, with one-on-one care and room service offered as standard.
Our staff are passionate about cats and animal welfare and believes in making every feline guest feel like part of the family: We will look after your cats as if they were our own. We make sure to provide every kitty with love, cuddles and the understanding they need, ensuring their safety and peace of mind to the cat parents entrusting us with the care of their beloved family members whilst they are away.
Our Cat Hotel offers 2 interior designed suites each equipped with a sleeping and resting areas, shelves to move around the suite, a litter box and food and water bowl.
The Cat Hotel is fully climate-controlled and offers a huge play area which each our guests can access throughout the day. Only cats from the same family will be allowed into the play area at the same time, the play area will be made accessible to all our guests on a rotation basis. Our spacious play area allows our guests to climb and exercise as well as relax.

For the fourth cat, you will be charged an additional AED 50 per night for them to stay in the same enclosure. If you need a separate space for them, we will get back to you with a customized quote, which will depend on the number of cats you want accommodated.
Parasite Treatment: Your cat will receive external parasite treatment for fleas and ticks on check-in, using Beaphar FIPROtec Cat. The charge is AED40 per cat.
Pick-up / Drop-off Services: We offer pick-up and drop-off services at AED80 per journey.
A deposit of AED500 will be required to confirm your peak-season booking. Should you need to cancel your cat's stay, we will accept cancellations with a min. of 3 days notice to ensure to refund the AED500 deposit.

Pet Haus offers FREE delivery on orders of AED 100/- or more. If orders are under AED 100/- an AED 20/- charge will apply.
Deliveries in Dubai and Sharjah: Orders received before 11am will be scheduled to be delivered on the next day provided all items are available in stock or with the supplier. Orders received after 11am will be scheduled for delivery the day after. Orders received on Thursday will be fulfilled on Saturday. Orders received on Friday will be fulfilled on Sunday. We currently do not deliver on Fridays.
Deliveries to other Emirates - provided all items are available in stock: Orders that require delivery to other Emirates require 3-4 working days to be processed and fulfilled. A min. order amount of AED 1,000 is applicable for deliveries to Emirates other than Dubai and Sharjah. IMPORTANT NOTICE: Due to COVID-19 requirement of entering the Emirate of Abu Dhabi we are at the moment not delivering to this Emirate.
We will accept return / exchange requests for items that are unopened, unused, with the original tags still intact, with any proof of purchase (e.g. receipt/invoice, email confirmation, etc.), within 14 days from the date of receipt of your item. The product(s) must be in their original packaging, if applicable, in the same condition it was received.
Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed - time of refund processing depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
Should your ordered item be out of stock which can happen in case the supplier did not notify us in time to update our own stock inventory, refund will be processed through the payment channel. Alternatively, we can offer you an alternative product of the same or similar quality and design. If the alternative product is more expensive we will charge the additional balance accordingly. If the item is cheaper we will refund you the balance.
